The Lahainaluna Cemetery, also known as the Lahainaluna Mission Cemetery is one of the historical sites on the Lahainaluna campus. The cemetery has suffered from some disrepair over the years, and in 2015, the Foundation's board, at the recommendation of the Arts, Culture and History Committee, voted to make the cemetery one of our priority project.
Work began in earnest on July 8, with 6 volunteers; 3 Foundation board members, the executive director, one 2004 alum, and a member of the LHS PTSA.
